A delicate & light sliced poached breast of chicken with red onion & red pepper marmalade, sage mayonnaise, white wine, chicken stock & crème fraiche jus. With a buttery baked new potato & a chorizo foam.
Smoked Haddock with Creamy Garlic Mash & Indian scented Vegetables
A light smoked haddock fillet served creamy mashed potato & Indian scented vegetables and caramelised onions. Served with thin homemade toast.
Rich venison and mushroom, encased in a shortcrust pastry case, served with a red wine & venison jus, redcurrant coulis, roast potatoes with white cabbage, peas & carrots.
